JSH set out to be the place people come to for specialised surgical and rehabilitative care, and it has the resources and the specialists to back that up. We take patients from across South Africa and the rest of the continent.
Many procedures can now be done with far less invasive techniques than a few years ago. Our teams concentrate on a small number of surgical disciplines and do them well: shorter stays, better outcomes, and patients treated with dignity while they heal.
